Built a highly automated managed service in tax compliance, owned digital tax solutions and AI pilots (in collaboration with the DFKI, the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence).

From consulting into management, as CEO
From tax to the helm myself: built and led a VC-funded software group (internal audit, tax and compliance) with around a hundred employees, executed and integrated two corporate transactions.
For you today: I have taken the third side of the table myself, next to the tax office and consulting, that of the entrepreneur. I know the VC and investor level and ongoing reporting from my own responsibility.
