The protection of your personal data is important to me. I process data in accordance with the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). As a tax advisor I am additionally bound by professional confidentiality (§ 57 StBerG, § 203 StGB).

Processing when you visit this website

When the site is accessed, technically necessary data (such as IP address, time, page requested) is processed to provide the website and ensure its security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Contact form

If you use the contact form, I process the data you provide to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The data is treated confidentially.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect the contact form and the login area against automated abuse, I use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). It runs a technical check in the background; for this, information such as your IP address and browser data may be transmitted to and processed by Cloudflare (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse). Services used

The fonts Hanken Grotesk, Gelasio and Caveat are used to display text. They are hosted locally on our server and delivered from there; no data is transferred to Google.
